Delivery
Tuska Leather is an exclusively online retailer and has no physical retail stores. All our retail sales are delivered door-to-door to the delivery address supplied to us by you. If the purchaser is not present at the time of delivery, the goods will be left with someone at the property who will need to sign a receipt of acceptance. Tuska Leather are unable to make deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping
All South African orders are shipped using our local courier service. This is a registered freight and courier service and allows you to track your online order.
The delivery charge will be a flat fee of R100 on all orders below R1500 to all South African locations. Orders are expected to be delivered within 3 days of you placing the order.
Ownership and Risk
Please be advised that once the product has been delivered to your specified delivery address, ownership and risks of the product are passed on to the customer. We advise checking to ensure your product is undamaged when receiving your purchase.
Returns Policy:
Keeping our customers satisfied is of utmost importance to us. In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with a Tuska Leather product, we will do our very best to accommodate in finding you a replacement or providing you with a refund.
Whether the good is not something that you expected or you have changed your mind, you may return your purchased Tuska Leather merchandise within seven days of receiving your order, either to exchange your product or for a credit note of equal value.
